  This company DOES NOT stand behind their warranty. When, and not IF, your basement takes on water and grows mold on the walls, in fact, below is a picture taken earlier this evening. They have know about this now for 2 years yet they haven't come back to clean this section. I had it tested and it came back 6 different molds! Anyway, they will simply blame it on the weather conditions which they have no control over. Ummmmm, doesn't the warranty state that superior walls uses certain ingredients in their concrete to repel all moisture, condensation? My concrete is crumbling and the engineer suggests that sub-par ingredients may have been used. How do I prove this? Get the concrete tested. Anyone know how difficult it is to find anyone who does residential and not commercial testing? And guess what.....they need a chunk of concrete to do the test. As in approximately softball size. Something needs to be done about this companies dishonesty and clear lack of integrity.
